Some talented frontline staff, reasonable salary and benefits, and exposure to large-scale healthcare operations.

Cons

Extremely high management turnover with constant changes in reporting lines. Leadership roles are often given to poorly prepared or unqualified people based on politics rather than merit. Culture is highly toxic, with micromanagement, fear of blame, and very little empowerment or trust. Decisions are reactive, short-term, and rarely focused on patient care or staff development.
