      Pros

      Able to work wherever I want, generally whenever I want and in some ways on whatever I want. Leadership is supportive, encouraging and positive. Team is collaborative and fun. Culture is awesome! Work with our clients is inspiring and fullfilling.

      Cons

      Right now we don't have healthcare insurance but only because none of us have wanted it. You need to be self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team.

      Pros

      Purple Ink is a great company to work for. Every employee is committed to creating a positive, JoyPowered culture within the organization. Each employee is also very committed to doing their best work for clients. The work life balance is excellent - opportunities to work from home frequently. I can't wait to see the company continue to grow and thrive.

      Cons

      Can be very fast paced at times, communication can be hard with so much remote work, not a lot of diversity
