      Pros

      Work culture, work life balance, Great pay, even better people, and a product I actually believe in. The leadership team is approachable and genuinely cares about employee well-being. Transitioning to this role was the best career move I’ve made.

      Cons

      The office coffee could be better, but that’s a small price to pay for such a great environment.
