Awesome Experience
Apr 14, 2023 - Account Executive in Houston, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Quadient took me on as a SDR. They provided extensive training with an abundant amount of support. The tech stack is out of the world that allows you to be successful within any campaign running. I am coming up on 9 months at Quadient, They make it essential to work with one another for guidance, community, and support to ensure you are successful. 100% recommend working here.
Cons
I was promoted within the company recently- start date is coming soon and did not receive a raise. Yes, a raise in commission amount but not base salary. I do realize I am coming from a sdr position, so maybe other promotions are receiving a raise?

Great work/life balance
Nov 10, 2022 - Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Saint Petersburg, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I love the culture, access to tools and help available to me from colleagues/AEs/managers as an employee. I also love the ability to live my life and work with low stress.
Cons
As part of the sales team, I've had to figure out alot of tips and tricks on my own in terms of cold calling. So it was very frustrating to realize 6 months in that many of the answers to my "what should I talk about on the phone" questions could be found in the STS (yes, I was aware that the STS had helpful things but it is huge and hard to navigate without a guide, I have LOTS of calls to make everyday so I'm not interested in taking too much time to look at material that won't apply ASAP). I would structure sales training differently and have more quizzes to test for understanding of important concepts for calling (when you're new, you don't know what you don't know). Also, I feel like my sales team should have spent WAY more time role playing cold call conversations and creating a list of answers to objections before going live on the phones. I had an anxiety attack my first week calling because I had NO IDEA what to say to people when they asked me questions.

Many internal meetings / on -boarding takes 1+ years
Nov 1, 2022 - Account Executive in Milford, CTRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great people - always willing to help and great benefits and all sales can work from home but you are expected to visit customers- even the small ones. You are still a road warrior like in the 80s. Great commission if you can figure out a way to manipulate the deal so the customer doesn't realize they are getting charged a lot more.
Cons
-On boarding was a nightmare, the "sales enablement" manager was very nice but had no business teaching experienced sales rep. She had no real world experience because this is the only company she has ever worked for. -Training took up 8+ hours each week. They will make you spend hours memorizing sales presentations that are useless. It is very 80s- 90s mentality because the leadership and upper management have only been in hardware sales and really don't understand Value Added reselling or software sales. I would highly recommend negotiating not doing the on-boarding track because it will take away from your actual job

A great company with open heart
Feb 10, 2023 - Customer Service Representative in Bakersfield, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Good working vib, everyone I cross path is positive and helpful. - Awsome schedule, there is rooms for you to change schedule for your needs - This position is remotely so I can spend more time with my family - People don't talk about it enough, working at home means no commute in rush hour traffic and gas saving!!!
Cons
- Not the company but this position: you WILL get resident who will not even try to understand how our process work but just keep dumping their anger at you -This remote job include almost 100% solo work, so after finish training when you 1st start you may feel left out and overwhelming since there will not always be a lead available to help.
