Always work on big and international projects, team spirit is great and positive.

Cons

Not a job for the faint of heart. Always working overtime (daily, weekends, vacations...) never compensated. Short and unreal deadlines to be met, overpressure and overresponsabilites for the role you actually have in the company. Salaries are way too low, not only comparing to other european countries but even in Portugal the salaries are below market value for an architect position. Missing transparence within the company.
