Leadership was challenged at all levels to be consistent in message and blamed their teams for their disorganization

In my opinion, the poor management and lack of a clear vision for the future are causing issues at this organization. There is a lot of pressure placed on reps to achieve aggressive sales targets, bring in net new business through outbound cold calling and emailing, but the organization seems to have fundamental issues that must be solved if they want thrive and scale, which they seem to have no intention of fixing.
