      Pros

      Quest is a small company, so it's really easy to quickly get to know the staff and the projects that are going on. It's great because you get to work in the lab, the office, or wherever you're needed. The hours are flexible. The work is interesting. The staff is really friendly. Plus they do free lunch at the weekly meetings. What more could you ask for?

      Cons

      It's a small business, so there's a weird rule where time off isn't automatic, and you have to request it off for holidays. It's not a big deal, though, since they usually just say yes when you request it off.
