      Pros

      Leads are generated for you. People are generally nice to be around. Not 100% commission- have a base salary

      Cons

      Lack of opportunity combined with false promises. Don’t promote from within Leaning into the web lead space, where clients are generally less than ideal prospects. Selling here isn’t about skill and more so about luck. Robotic culture. Commission statements aren’t transparent, nobody knows exactly how they work. They will send them out but there is no telling if it’s right or wrong.

      Awesome place to work. Leadership drives culture and are always pushing employees to be their best self. Great work life balance and very flexible.

      Cons

      Smaller company. So their is a lot of growing pains.

      Pros

      Fun and relaxed work environment, strong culture, and a great team. QuickInsured creates a work hard, play hard mentality: they continually set and work towards team and individual goals, while celebrating big wins. They make it a place you want to come into work everyday.

      Cons

      Smaller organization, so there are currently not a lot of opportunities to move into leadership roles, however it seems that there will eventually be more as they grow .
