      Pros

      Small company that is happy as long as you show up to work and do your job. Nice people working there and good approachable owner

      Cons

      No benefits besides for top top employees, management set in their ways. Many middle managers, not great facilities for employees to utilize during breaks. Aka a kitchen unused often and you are not allowed to use it to heat up food
