      Great benefits — poor management

      Pros

      — unlimited PTO — completely remote — profit share

      Cons

      — management is so bad. We were given very little guidance on our job and it was constant “no’s” and red tape when we tried to improve or suggest ideas for improvement — CEO literally just laid off half the team one day. No warning, nothing.

      Great flexibility but no room for growth
