I worked at R&R Products full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Strong family environment, good bonuses and raises. Great learning environment. Free soda machine. Pto and 401k. Blue cross blue shield and delta dental. Bill the planner is a great guy.

    Cons

Lack of teamwork. Management doesnt really have much technical background. There is opportunity to be exposed to sexual, racial and political barriers due to the laxed mom and pop environment.

    Advice to Management

Create processes and procedures to boost a quality product. Promote team meetings and reviews before initiating outside supplier orders Improve enviornment by holding manditory ethics training.
