    Pros

    Had a family atmosphere. Good health coverage. Dedicated and friendly employees.

    Cons

    Lack of decisive management. Failure and mediocrity rewarded and promoted. Upper management focus on concealing failures and finding excuses, rather than promoting the business. Sub standard salaries

    Advice to Management

    It's time to take decisive action and commitment and mange your employees, rather than your bosses.

    Pros

    RAD had a family feel to it, and amazingly, many employees had been there at least 10 years or more

    Cons

    I often had to work overtime, which was unpaid, to meet deadlines, which constantly kept moving, usually backwards but not always

    Advice to Management

    Employees don't like it when they get paid overtime and then are changed to a position that has the same salary but has unpaid overtime

    Pros

    Work environment is very relaxed and friendly, casual dressing.
    Free breakfast and benefits are okay
    Job stability and freedom to learn as much as you can without any restraints

    Cons

    The compensation is not world class, it could be alot better.
    Company needs to be more aggressive with new technologies and invest more money into research

    Advice to Management

    Need to inject new blood and offer incentives for merit based performance

    Some great, smart and professional people
    A good opportunities to evolve your skills

    Cons

    Increasing bureaucracy
    Inconsistent product portfolio which cannot satisfy customer needs
    Bad QA - products has a lot of bugs and has stability issues

    CIS Office is ineffective and requires revision

    Great Team, good exposure to top management people, opportunity to get involved in new technology, ample opportunity to grow both personally and professionally, good salary as per the experience.

    Sometimes job consumes too much of time if not properly handled.

    Was a good, family-like company where I met some of very smart and professional people
    Great place to start your career...

    Cons

    ... but it not a place where you can spent a lot of time now. CIS Office management is extremely awful and inefficient.

    Advice to Management

    To review CIS Office for effectiveness
