      Pros

      - everyone under principals are great people - good work life balance

      Cons

      - most principals aren't trustworthy and will choose $ over people - the culture is toxic, not transparent, and junior staff do most of the work with little to no recognition - CEO doesn't know how to run a company, people are leaving or getting fired - people who deserve promotions don't get them - HR person does everything opposite of the way it should be done and not trustworthy

      Pros

      Working on issues that matter, feeling like you're contributing to something good. I made a lot of friends there.

      Cons

      Lots of toxic masculinity in the higher ups. Often felt like a boys club. Expected to work outside 9-5. If mistakes are made, management was pretty cruel to their employees. Can be a discouraging environment to work in. Career advancement took years on average for everyone in the company. Starting pay was actually offensive. Few bonuses.

      Pros

      The people are genuinely nice. The issues you get to work on are often compelling and important.

      Cons

      Nonexistent training and support. Leadership is almost entirely rich white people, out of touch with the needs of employees of color, anyone under 40, or those with children. So many accounts make no impact on anything meaningful. Quality control is poor.
