Fast paced, high volume, never a dull moment. You are constantly on your feet and interacting with people. Decent salary.

Cons

Upper management is very disorganized. Long hours late nights. Your schedule is all over the place. You can never have a routine. Sometimes you have to deal with very difficult customers and employees.
