I worked at RB Control Systems full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pool and spa owners are great people and it's a fun industry, fantastic co-workers

    Cons

No communication from the top down, complete lack of respect for employees, incomplete training, unrealistic goals

    Advice to Management

You need to put yourself through training to learn how to engage and empower employees, how to treat people and the power of effective communication. Stop being so focused on the one company that offers a competitive service and start worrying about how you treat the people that work there and the customers you already have.

I have been working at RB Control Systems full-time

    Pros

Easy during summer months. There's a little room for learning when it comes to databasing along with business management. Friendly staff.

    Cons

There is next to no care about their employees self growth and opportunities. Lack of communication / poor management and decision making. No room for advancement. The pay is below average for the positions available.

    Advice to Management

Consider your business choices / partners more carefully.
