      Pros

      Working in Dumbo, it's a lovely area.

      Cons

      Stressful and unfriendly environment, poor communication about what is expected from the role of Inside Sales, especially with if employee has no background in electronics (not required apparently). Having to be an Office Manager on top of being a Sales Rep.
