      Pros

      Junior staff were a fun group. Everyone is nice .

      Cons

      Weird company culture. Managment plays favorites and gatekeeps individual growth. They will repeatedly say you can do whatever you want here but the reality is they keep everyone pretty silod. Senior staff and PMs micromanaged & this kept them so busy that it affected budget and quality of work.

      Flexible schedule depending on the department, position, and location.

      Cons

      Nepotism is the way to get ahead at respec. If you're friends with the right manager you can do whatever you want and still get ahead. Limited career growth. Leadership structure makes no sense. Lack of accountability and discipline throughout the company.

      None, nothing, zero, nada, not a single pro

      Cons

      Brought on for a contract and was promised full time employment regardless of contract. Was fired for "performance" when management lost the contract due to incompetence. Complete clown show of a workplace with no real leadership or direction.
