Pros
I can't think of any Pro's for working at RFgen. Maybe it is that when you are on their good side, you can shine! But that changes completely and immediately with a single mistake, which is easy when you are overworked like everyone there is.
Cons
Just a warning - this place is toxic. Stay away. You are valued as long as you can make them money. They don't have any career paths at all. They pay below market, and have some of the worst benefits (high employee cost) around. The owner is motivated only through greed, and when things are going bad, he looks everywhere except at himself. I mean, he is perfect, how could he ever be part of (or even the main part of) the problems with that place?
