    Pros

Lots of great people, willing to answer questions and help you learn. Relaxed but steady work environment. Great pay and benefits. Friendly and knowledgeable management. Tons of growth available if you are willing to put in the work.

    Cons

I can't think of any cons.

    Pros

    My pay check never bounced

    Cons

Management has no direction, pay cuts for all.

    Advice to Management

    Find a new CEO

  3. "A fast paced company with high standards that demands quick results, but seldom promotes those whom obtain them."

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

You will receive all the training needed to make yourself a very desireable designer for other higher paying companies.

    Cons

Promotion is very unlikely unless you are very close friends (or relatives of) the upper management.

    Advice to Management

Offering a bonus incentive to the design staff based off of job completion performance and end-of-job budget status would greatly improve employee morale rather than constantly threatening those employees of losing thier jobs if all expectations are not met.
