I have been working at RMCI full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Mutual trust and respect with leadership, fun travel opportunities, ability to grow and learn, intellectual freedom, flexible hours, interesting projects, great people to work with!

    Cons

Small company & not well known, no certain long term programs, R&D can be risky.

    Advice to Management

Hire professional staff, business development and hr so engineers don't have to write proposals.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at RMCI full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Monthly luncheons, caring boss, great benefits & pay, respectful to employees, appreciative, yearly bonus

    Cons

Having to work for the government as a contractor for RMCI can definitely have it's downfalls since you have to abide by government policies/rules. And contractors are treated differently than federal employees.

    Advice to Management

Keep all current employees informed of ANY and ALL job openings within the company. You never know who is looking for new opportunities
