The work-life balance is unmatched. We go home at 5 pm and that's that.
We get paid time off, vacation time, holiday time, insurance, retirement benefits.
The biggest pro is my coworkers. They are fantastic and it makes you feel good going to work every day with people that are positive and fun and working toward the same goals.
Cons
Tight deadlines are the reality. Big projects with numerous components are a thing. If you're thinking you're going to sit at a desk and wait for a phone to ring, this is not the place. Most of my coworkers thrive in our busy environment, but it's not for everyone.

"Management stated that there was just not enough people and time, based on current work loads, to properly train new hires ... 'we're sorry, we know we promised training but we won't be able to keep that commitment."
