      Pros

      Sounds Great, just more lies.

      Cons

      Basicly everything said are lies. Promises never kept. You get blamed for Management screw-ups. Management is perfect in their own minds. Expected to work many extra hours, for nothing. I would not recommend this company to my worst friend, ever again.

      Pros

      Small company atmosphere. Top leadership changed in US for the better about 5 years ago. Leadership acts with integrity, takes care of employees, and focuses on 100% client success. Company has a great reputation in the utility GIS industry. Great opportunity for individual growth.

      Cons

      This company is not for everyone. It is a small company with decent benefits. The entire group works hard, and the work is very satisfying and rewarding. However, there is no room to hide if you aren't a hard worker.
