Pros

Say they have a platform

Cons

VARs stated company is desperate and only selling individual training. No group/team. Super high turnover and horrible management. 3 reps in 6 month - insane.

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits, but that's all. There are some nice people at the company who are welcoming. They somewhat have a unique product even though they have a couple competitors. Many modules that are vendor specific are available, yet they do tend to be cookie cutter modules that are pushed out very quickly.

Cons

Very high pressure for sales right away. Since it's cyber training it's very low on the need list of companies to buy when compared to other security software that truly protect their companies. Not really on their want list either.

Pros

I'm going to start of by saying, most of the people leaving negative reviews have never worked at a startup. Things are constantly changing and evolving. And so far its for the better. All of the management issues WERE valid. But those managers no longer work here. The base salary is pretty solid. Depending on where you live of course. The new management understand the issues that are being faced and care about helping solve the issues. It was rough, but those micromanaging managers don't work here anymore. The team and diversity is impeccable. There have been very few times people haven't liked each other. Another area of the cons I'm seeing is that people who leave bad reviews are butthurt because they put the bare minimum in and didn't make six figures. The spamming approach has been delt with as well. The product? Also pretty solid. Those saying it looks terrible obviously can't tell the difference between Linux and Windows content. This is a new type of sale and they are very ahead of the game. Not many people understand the threat of lack of training in cyber security yet.

Cons

Typical start up issues. lead generation sucks right now.
