Pros

Good opportunities for learning and growth. In my one year with Rapidflow, I found it to be a great organization with excellent exposure. Management provides the time and freedom to experiment. Small team sizes enable deep connections, and frequent employee engagement activities and celebrations help you stay closely connected with both immediate and extended teams.

Cons

Project milestone celebrations are often clubbed with quarterly events, which may sometimes get delayed due to approvals. Having dedicated milestone celebrations could enhance recognition. This is common in growing organizations and is gradually improving over time.

I would honestly say that it is better to be unemployed than to work here. If you want to be a part of micromanagement then you are welcome. All the people who are at the leadership are extremely stupid. The managers are here just to exercise their power. Most of the managers came here in this company after working for big firms like Oracle. Now in those companies there are way better employees than them. So naturally they will not be able to enjoy the power. So they came here and acts like dons over FRESHERS. Can you imagine their sadistic mentality!!?? The COO (Chief Operating Officer) is so dumb that he sees no improvement in the company's performance yet, he will believe on his pets (the managers) but not change strategies like interacting more with the employees and the freshers and take genuine feedback from them. The Director of rapidflow is a spineless person. We still call him the Manmohan Singh of Rapidflow. He will stammer and speak nonsense but he will never take the right action. The most useless team is the HR team. They will implement all nonsensical rules like an employee must enter the office and clock in by 10 a.m. If you are late by even 5mins she will look like a wild bull at you. This is one of them. There are many. You go out and take a 10minutes break and come back, and you have to answer what were you doing in those 10minutes. A company who knows not to grow will definitely do such things. I will never recommend this company to anyone not even to my worst enemy, and I mean it.
