      -work from home -great teammates

      Cons

      multiple sales strategy changes that appear to shift with the wind -poor senior management- inexperienced and fractured -expectations that the product sells itself while not investing in lead generation or market exposure -product is not perceived as a need to have outside of corrections marketplace

      Pros

      The work environment is hybrid and functions very well for the company. All of my coworkers are all incredibly friendly/supportive, and are always easily accessible for questions. The product is getting a lot of positive feedback from clients and is gaining steady traction in it's market. Overall, after coming to RaySecur from a much larger company, I am highly satisfied with both the work and company culture. Amazing place to work!

      Driving to the office from the Boston area is a bit of a headache but this is mitigated by the hybrid work culture

      Really great teams to work and collaborate with. Fast moving work where it feels like you really have an impact.

      Sometimes things get lost in the chaos, but nothing abnormal for a startup.
