      Pros

      Most staff besides upper management are extremely friendly and great to work with. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Underpaid. Will not pay overtime but expect you to work it. Poor decision making from upper management. Extremely disorganized. Cares more about building appearance than employee happiness.

      Pros

      Great success story. This company is in the right place at the right time. Stable workforce, beautiful offices, the company cares about the customer and everything is geared towards making the customer successful. The employees are hard working and care very much about quality products. Benefits are just OK, salaries are OK.

      - Managers have lots of responsibility and no authority. - No departmental budgets, no product planning process. - No real product management - Every idea and spend has to be run through the CEO - Management is rude, punitive

      turn over is bad

      standard office environment. located by a bunch of good mexican food.

      Cons

      the amount of turn over would make you sick. The average employment life expectancy is about 1.2 years for an engineer and there is absolutely nothing being done about it. If you wanna show up burn yourself out for 8 months and make some money this place is for you else forget about it.
