      Pros

      Ambitious growth to develop new ultrafast laser technology. CEO is past president of a major Silicon Valley company

      Cons

      CEO actually didn't understand the technology nor the market. They were never going to be able to reach volume or price targets for their products. Large ambitions, but a lot of spin can't save this company.

      Pros

      They have great sales and marketing with a slick website that makes this functionally bankrupt company look like it has something. Their older products (no longer popular) work and they have some loyal customers.

      Cons

      Financially weak. Newer products do not work. Customers feel mislead. Job postings are fake.
