Pros

I’ve really enjoyed my time here. The culture is friendly and collaborative, and people genuinely try to help each other out. Leadership is easy to talk to and seems to care about employees, which goes a long way. One of the best parts is the work-life balance — there’s a good amount of flexibility, and it feels like the company trusts you to get your work done without micromanaging. The team I’ve worked with has been supportive and easy to get along with. There are also solid opportunities to learn and grow, and feedback doesn’t just disappear into a void — it’s actually considered. Friendly, supportive team Good work-life balance Approachable leadership Room to grow

Cons

Some processes could be smoother Growth can depend on the team
