      the pay for traveling Scouts is average.

      Pros

      while on the road you get a per diem that helps with food and hotel that you can use the points for later.

      Cons

      The pay is below average for industry, your better off doing independent work for other companies. the management needs to communicate better with the scouts to let them know what's happening with current projects and not leave them hanging.

      Pros

      If you have a desire to be in the mystery shopping (written score card) world, this is the place to be. Most of the office staff really try to make it a good place to work, especially Christoph.

      Cons

      Senior leadership disagrees on fundamental issues. The product is antiquated and is being rapidly replaced by technology. The Commission/base structure was created to only protect the company and does not take into account lengthly sales cycle. Turnover has created an atmosphere of mistrust and/or a general bad view of sales.
