      The engineering team is highly collaborative and supportive, with experienced developers who are always willing to share knowledge and provide helpful feedback through code reviews. I've had the opportunity to work on large-scale, customer-facing features while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and autonomy in my day-to-day work

      Pros

      A genuinely talented and hardworking team that cares deeply about what they're building. The product is making a real impact for real estate professionals, and it shows in how the company operates. The team is so invested in their clients and making sure their experience is top level, and that their voices are heard. That alone speaks volumes. Our CEO is a strong, visionary leader who sets a clear direction and trusts his team to execute. He's the kind of person who makes you want to show up and do your absolute best work. The autonomy here is real. You're given ownership of your work and expected to deliver, which is incredibly motivating if that's the environment you thrive in. And the pace of growth means you're constantly learning, no two days look the same.

      Cons

      This is less a con and more a prerequisite: you have to be a self-starter. It's a startup, which means you may find yourself taking on responsibilities outside your original scope. If you embrace that kind of ambiguity and see it as an opportunity, you'll thrive. If you need a rigid structure to feel comfortable, it may take some adjusting, but the team will always step up to help you.
