The company mission is driven by sustainability, but unfortunately, this is rarely felt in your day-to-day work.
Cons
- No work-life balance - Inexperienced leadership leads to a lack of clarity and direction throughout the organization - Toxic "us vs them" culture between internal teams - Leadership team can never align on priorities which results in nothing of substance being developed - Like other reviews have noted, founders approach entire business with a "my way or the highway" approach

Pros
Recurate is tapping into the current zeitgeist of sustainable resale, so it is exciting to work somewhere so young with decent growth potential (if they can course correct).
Cons
--The homogenous leadership team feels like they can control culture convos from the top down, and topics like burnout are swept under the rug and never addressed. --Prepare to be on slack all hours of the evening and have no work/life balance.
