Pay is very very low. There is a very high staff turnover. There is no staff room. Organisation of the school is extremely poor. You're treated like a child and constantly pushed to make up extra hours for people who don't show. You're asked to work even if your sick (online). The atmosphere is aweful as many aren't very happy to be there but don't leave because it's common place to be treated badly in this sector in Rome .
