Pros

The company offers remote work options, providing better work-life balance.

Cons

I have worked at this organization for the past three years, and the experience has been challenging due to high work pressure and a lack of job security. Frequent leadership changes create uncertainty, and the management style often feels unpredictable. My new manager, who joined four months ago, assessed my performance and questioned my skill set without a clear understanding of my technical contributions. A significant gap exists between non-technical managers and technical employees, leading to misjudgments and ineffective decision-making. The company follows a hire-and-fire approach, often making abrupt decisions without proper communication or notice. A more transparent and structured management approach would greatly improve the work environment and employee morale

Pros

Full transparency and a strong sense of ownership in every role Your ideas and opinions are genuinely valued Compensation aligned with industry standards Flexible working hours to support work-life balance Hybrid work environment (remote + in-office flexibility) Opportunities to work on greenfield (from-scratch) projects Primary tech stack: Java and React — but open to other technologies if you can demonstrate their value

Cons

Fast-paced environment with rising expectations, as the team is actively refactoring the entire codebase and building new application versions from scratch Minimal medical insurance coverage Appraisal structure seems to follow patterns similar to European firms or established MNCs with good work–life balance (typically 5–12%) However, the work expectations resemble those of a startup, while the compensation growth is modest For committed employees, an 8–12% hike may feel underwhelming—especially given that local inflation hovers around 6–7%, which significantly offsets real income growth. In a market where Indian professionals have a progressive mindset and view appraisals as a key indicator of career advancement, such modest increases may not align with expectations or aspirations.

Pros

You will have a good learning curve.

Cons

1. Trailblazers will get 4% hike. 2. They might not even give you the bonus. 3. They don't even want to focus on their core business which is Forex. 4. Management is firing employees left right and center and saying these guys are not capable enough, but these were the guys who made Currencies Direct what it is today. 5. They want to bring their own people at good positions and to compensate the loss these firing are happening. 6. They think Mumbai does not offer technical capability hence they will only hire in Hyderabad.
