      Some really good people, decent salary, the actual goal phenomenal.

      Cons

      Your direct managers are new to managing and under-educated yet overly confident. Extremely unorganized with unrealistic- "should have been done "yesterday" deadlines". No one can actually describe what the company does...

      Interesting projects for your portfolio.

      Cons

      The brand director is extremely hard to please and difficult to work with. The turn over is the highest I've ever seen at a company. I'd say this is 100% due to leadership. Diversity / inclusion is almost non existent.
