To start the owner Mike and his constant reactionary poor decisions make it impossible for there to ever be any real progress. Secondly his wife Stacey is in charge of the finances and is so worried about every dollar she might not get that everyone else is underpaid and under valued; in addition to the fact that she has zero ability to manage anyone or anything! There is constant turnover in all positions and especially in the leadership/management positions. The only ones who have make it are the yes people, who are completely naive, believe lies and enjoys absolute insanity!

Always looking to expand and interviewing, but they NEVER HIRE ANYONE. The poor people who go through 5+ interviews and then do not get hired because they have to wait until the end of the quarter to "assess their budget".
