Pros

Relive is at a very interesting stage where you get to have a key role in a fast-growing company. You're given a lot of responsibilities and you get to make your own decisions + see the results immediately. Every week for example, Relive releases an app update with different experiments to analyze for the week after, and so on. You also get to truly decide your own work-life balance. You can work from home as much as you want and there's a flexible holidays policy too. The company culture is also great. It all started with three friends so they're striving to keep that friendly atmosphere. And they're doing a great job at it. If anything's going South, you're free to speak up and they're always here to listen. Among other pros, you get travel reimbursement, free lunches, and tasty cakes for every company milestones and achievements. Which is probably the only downside from a fitness point of view.

Cons

Can't think of any at the moment.

Pros

-Some really sharp intelligent team mates; lots of good process, documentation and organisation in place (if not too much); expectations are clear, if unreasonable. -If you are too young to understand you are being exploited and too early in your career to stand up for yourself and push back against unreasonable demands, then you can 'have fun' working remotely with an international team and meet up in places like Barcelona.

Cons

-This is the most exploitative environment I have ever worked in. I felt dehumanised and treated like a machine. The excessive focus on extreme productivity in the product teams, combined with intrusive monitoring, means no one has time to think things through properly and very poor decisions get made. -Incompetent strategy, very inexperienced product managers and obscure decision making combined with a very inflexible and rigid approach to work process. Expected to work to incomprehensible slogans like "we need to get comfortable being uncomfortable". -Claims a flat structure but is authoritarian. There is a puritanical work ethic that leaves very little room for enjoyment of the job, so the work life balance is way off.
