Very long hours, with very low pay for the work required. Should be in decent shape. I believe I was shorted wages so definitely keep track, definitely when working late driving to and from festivals. The owner Ryan is a nice guy but the moment u try to explain something is wrong or doesn't work he turns two-faced. I honestly think they don't care to much about the safety and well-being of some of their employees.
