I worked at ResCare WorkForce full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Helping participants reach their goals, Health Insurance, Paid time off, Great Coworkers

    Cons

Employees not paid what they are worth. Not enough employees to give all participants face to face time. Inconsistencies between offices which result in all participants not having access to the same tools to meet their needs. No chance for yearly raises due to contracts

    Advice to Management

When budgets are submitted for contract periods have some wiggle room to give employees raises each year and raise not dependent on the next contract year which is 2 years away. This is not fair to employees who go to work and work hard everyday to make company look good. Their are some great employees. Change company policy back to when you are hired that your paid time off starts accumulating instead of accumulating after 6 months, make health insurance accessible when employment starts and have no waiting period
