As long as you did your job, they left you alone
Cons
No company vehicle, no training, poor bonus structure. Forced to use an app that tracked you, not a big deal, just shows a lack of trust though. They use their own estimating software, which is very low compared to the industry standards like Xactimate. I met more than enough of the requirements to level up, but since the regional manager did not like me, I got denied
