      Pros

      Fantastic team from middle management down. A lot of multi experienced, talented and passionate employees. (Although they aren’t treated to their value)

      Cons

      Lower level Directors and senior managers driving a culture of bullying, cutting corners and anyone that tries to challenge this will be targeted, publicly attacked and degraded , making it very difficult to feel safe enough to speak up. With the big picture not actually getting to board level.

      Dictatorial, bullish, ruthless top management Lack of trust and honesty throughout management layers Lack of accountability at the most senior level - a lot of blame falling on individuals and teams Endless culture-focused transformations aimed at all but the top No clear career/pay progression Too many managers/bosses, too few doers
