Good company culture, always quality and customer orientated. Good colleges, not only engineer but also operators.

Cons

In fast expand phase and around 20 sites in world, ERP, MRP and QMS system a little bit mess.

Good collaborative culture, lots of merch, cool technologies/industries, great people, growing like crazy

Cons

Beholden to private equity owners, and you can definitely feel the squeeze as we are asked to do more with less. Some organizational changes feel punitive for bad business outcomes rather than well-calculated business decisions
