      Pays really well if you are a top setter, but management is incredibly dishonest and incompetent

      Pros

      If you are a top setter, you will make a lot more money than you expect, and even more than they initially say in the interview

      Cons

      If you are not a top setter, it's because they don't give you the best leads, in which case, the pay is solid. However, the management team is incredibly incompetent, greedy, dishonest, and lacks integrity. This is the worst company I've ever worked at

      Review for Face to Face Sales Promoter with Rite Window

      Pros

      Very supportive management team. Lots of opportunities for training and growth in sales. Great benefits plan and fun company events. You feel like you are apart of the Rite Window family and not just a number. Great opportunity for commission with a solid base pay. Opportunity for promotion within company.

      Cons

      No real cons. Make sure you have a car and a positive attitude for sales as you will hear no a lot. Takes a certain mindset to be successful.

      Teamwork Is the Foundation

      Pros

      Problem solving is what this company is about. Every day all departments work together from entry level to CEO to ensure the company does what it stands for. There’s a lot of opportunity for growth if you are a motivated individual that wants to be a part of a fast-paced and growing environment. New leadership of Eric Hayes, Si Collens, and Carlo Lewis has been a breath of fresh air. Words have weight and action always follows. Excited to see them execute the vision for RW and the employees.

      Cons

      None - not a fit for those who aren’t passionate about their day to day I suppose. RW culture is about exceeding expectations if you invest in the company they invest in you.
