Pros

The best part of working at Rivet is the decent pay and the wonderful people. The company has a lot of happy hours, which makes things more bearable.

Cons

Where should I start? I dont have hours to write about the cons, but I will say that I would not with my worst enemy to work at Rivet. They work you to death with no consideration of your personal life. Its a running joke amongst the employees that your life ends the day you got hired. If they dont like you personally, you will not go anywhere in this company.

Cons

Benefits package is great until you get to time off. Work employees 10-12 hours a day + weekends for no reason. Most the time there isn't enough work to keep half the people busy for 8 hours a day. No efficient practices
