Flexibility at times is about it

Pros

Some degree of flexibility in your schedule.

Cons

Nepotism abounds, shady business practices, horrible pay, no benefits (for instance, one week of vacation no matter how long you have been there), etc.

Pros

Good co-workers, laid-back atmosphere, great products for the most part, decent pay.

Cons

In many ways it's a good-old-boys network where your success is based on whether or not the owner likes you. Benefits are horrible, no increasing vacation time. Whether you have been with the company one year or 20, you're getting one single week of vacation. No 401k contribution and no other benefits beyond decent medical and dental. Getting a raise is based on how much the owner likes you, not your performance or skill.
