      People are friendly as a whole and seem to mean well

      Cons

      Everything. Just read the other reviews—they say it all. So glad I got out when I did because, honestly, it’s all a lie. Toxic work culture, fake internal promotions, insane hours, and a nonstop pressure cooker. Classic case of a mill house company.

      Pros

      Some AI companies, and tech startups more generally, are full of hype. What I really liked with Robin was how grounded the teams were in solving actual real-world problems with AI. A lot of collaborating with customers and partners like Anthropic and AWS. A lot of collaborating internally; just generally good vibes. I'm impressed that they're so transparent with teams and customers alike.

      Cons

      It's a startup so you have to be prepared for quick pivots -- and the teams are transatlantic, so it takes work to coordinate between SF and London,
