      Small bank so you are able to handle a lot of different tasks and the group will feel like family

      Cons

      Basically no existent management and no development program to let their people develop beyond their positions .

      Everyone is ready to drop what they're doing to help each other and pick up any slack. They also make a point to hire from within, which is great.

      The teams are kept lean, so when one person quits it's really felt.
