Pros
Great working environment, professional people, learnt a lot, great mentality of personnel, very interactive team experience, very team driven work place. Automated work and reporting system allows to operate with very little administrative overhead (time sheets, status reports) to get in the way of productively achieving goals; management supports and encourage to learn and do things independently as well.
One thing that intrigued me the most was that company allows a specific amount of time and resources to our technical personnel to work on a project of their choosing.
Cons
Work and personal life balance can be a challenge as there are always more things to do.
