      Run by family. The Jonas take great pride in every project and work extremely hard to ensure every client is satisfied. A great, no-pressure environment for both employees and clients.

      Small company. Lacks certain resources for large-scale projects. As a young professional, diverse experience is limited. This is a better environment for those with ample experience.
