    Pros

Owner really took care of his employees and cared for the company. Informal environment and relaxed, for a law firm. Great place to get experience

    Cons

Intense case load as is typical in a foreclosure firm. Industry is definitely in a downturn. Pay reflects entry level and industry status.

I worked at Ronald R. Wolfe & Assoc. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The hours are flexible and some positions are work from home. The pay was pretty good some years ago. Worked at the firm for 4 years.

    Cons

Extreme job instability. There are constant lay offs, bad morale, poor training resulting in bad quality, lack of organization, constant weekly changes in protocol (sometimes daily), lack of effective leadership, bullying tactics from upper management executive. They lay off and re-hire the same people for much lower salary and no benefits.

    Advice to Management

More training is needed for employees doing the work. Middle management needs to be knowledgeable. There is too much time wasted in meetings. There is no way the employees can meet those unattainable deadlines you promised to clients, when you have those same employees forced to sit in unproductive meetings. Also, the cliche "when everything is a priority, nothing is a priority" is a cliche for a reason.

    Pros

The work schedule is very flexible. Work from home access available for some roles, IF you can get authorized for it.

    Cons

Lack of growth opportunities. Poor choices by management for leadership positions. Talented employees driven away from these choices.

I worked at Ronald R. Wolfe & Assoc. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I learned a lot more about the business and met some cool bank exes

    Cons

It is to be expected in this industry to be laid off as the business has it's ups and downs but what is not expected is for you to be at the top of your game and be one of the ones to be laid off. No complaints though because being laid off fro m here (as sad as I was when it happened) was a true blessing.

    Advice to Management

To re-train those in leadership (specifically in the sales department) on how to treat the co workers and others in leadership. You will always be able to catch more bees with honey than water.

    Cons

constant change in management, training was poor, constant fear of layoffs.
