    Pros

Due to the small size of the organization, employees have the opportunity to learn cross-functional skills/disciplines if they are so inclined

    Cons

Extremely unstable financially; Disorganized with no company infrastructure; lack of focus in organizational goals; constant defaulting on payments to vendors/suppliers; misogyny/sexism at top level. This company is operating as a charade, barely limping along and just resting on the legacy of the Ronco name to carry them through

    Advice to Management

Instead of continuing to operate, knowing full well that debts will never be repaid and the company will never be profitable, just let everybody loose and shut the doors. By delaying the inevitable, you give people false hopes and sense of securty
